Paul Boruta is VP, Media and Analytics at Plush Digital, focused on media analytics, trading, and insights.
Paul is a serial entrepreneur with decades of experience in AdTech / MarTech, building technologies and running and growing teams partnering with Fortune 100 marketers globally. Paul is actively working to build new technologies to improve marketing outcomes via YouTube, Facebook, and other major ad platforms.
Prior to Plush, Paul co-founded and sold Pipewave — a video optimization platform focused around on YouTube — to ZEFR, where he launched and scaled ZEFR’s BrandID business as EVP, Head of Ad Products. Prior to ZEFR and Pipewave, he served as Senior Director of Ad Products and Emerging Formats at Yahoo!, where he led the Sales Development team responsible for scaling a portfolio of strategic display ad products with top 200 clients and agencies.
Prior to the existence of the internet (almost), Paul served as Equity Research Analyst covering mobile and wireless at Goldman Sachs Hong Kong and Piper Jaffray, in Minneapolis and Palo Alto.
Paul has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA in Economics, Chemistry, and Asian Studies/Chinese from St. Olaf College. He speaks Chinese, enjoys music, and considers the opportunity to discuss Marketing Technologies over Thai food heaven on earth.
