Tom designed the algorithm that enabled Yahoo! to serve personalized content based on a prediction of user interest. Personalized content experiences have become a norm but at the time it was a breakthrough. The project increased Yahoo! user engagement and revenue by over 50% across the network.
Tom and his team are the human machines behind the Plush Platform. They are responsible for the data integration and custom modeling outputs that equip our clients to leverage big data and make strategic and efficient marketing decisions.
